Use the key to unlock it and a screwdriver to release the latch at the same time you unlock it. If you tried this, look at the locking rods, are they intact? if so, replace the trunk latch. If you can't turn the key lock, replace it. If the electrical part isn't working. This needs diagnosed. Could be the switch, wiring, power and ground, or the latch.

Trunk wont open where is emergency switch inside trunk

I had the same problem as you. Take out the back seat and there is a large access hole to the interior. There are two bolts that are fairly easy to get to. Remove them and the truck latch is removed from the lid and trunk will open.
