tcc stuck try unpluging it and see if same but dont drive with unpluged will burn up transmission also could be fuel pump . or crank shaft postion sensor . try the tcc first then vheck fuel presure , and then check for codes with scanner
it should be on the left or right hand side of the engine, dependent on what side the drivers side is. you will have to go underneath the vehicle to see it and gain access to it.
