However, in general, when you reset a Pioneer device back to factory settings (the 'factory reset'), the first prompts received should be for
Language setting
Time setting
and so forth. So if you hard reset it, you should get a list of options to choose from, one of which would be either
'English'
or else the Japanese equivalent
'Eigo'.
So see if you can factory reset the device. This is, on Pioneer devices (generally speaking) done by holding down one button while powering the unit On... which button in this case? I am not sure (you have not stated which model of Carrozzeria device you have), but with the model # ***** could perhaps find out more specific information.
There is an option in the car's computer to change the display language. You will need an ODBII scanner to do this however. Alternately you can take it yo your dealer and they will be $ happy to $ do this $ for you.$$$
