2014 Chevrolet Cruze 1.8 litre. I replaced a new thermostat housing. How do I stop the leak around the oil cooler pipe? I replaced a new seal on it. How much should I torque the bolts?

2014 Holden Cruze. Service required on steering lock why?

It sounds like the antitheft system has become activated for some reason. Did you disconnect the battery? Let it go flat?

How do you reset a Chevy Cruze theft deterrent system? Press the unlock button, get out of the car, but leave the door open, then press the lock button on the door, and shut it. Simple as that.

2014 Chevy Cruze antifreeze in oil,no oil in antifreeze,does not overheat or white smoke when started.Could it be oil cooler leaking inside of cooler between gaskets....

Bingo correct when engine gets a few miles up the seals go hard.Allows oil to seep into water.Bad design.Barinas.Astras.Have fun.

Sounds like an intermittent problem which comes and goes. You need to get a code reader and look for trouble codes (DTCs) to tell you what the problem is - there will be a history of current codes in the cars computers.

2011 Chevy Cruze LT 1.4L 4 cy Gas All of sudden engine light came on,idled rough and a couple of times fan stayed on after car turned off. Went to autozone had codes pulled they said replace MAF sensor....

Scanning/Retrieving codes gives an Automotive Technician basic info......Usually with multiple possible scenarios for the cause of said code(s).Throwing parts at an improperly diagnoised vehicle is what you are now facing....Time for a pro.

It's still under warranty ,take it to the dealer

Just let them check it out ! I wouldn't go to auto zone or any other parts store. Let the dealer handle it . I have thirty years GM Experience , the parts store will just try an tell you need a part with out testing the circuit for said code .

Go to any Autozone (except in California) and have the system checked for fault codes, just tell them you have a check engine light issue and would like the codes read.
