Check fans relays .

If you buy your belt from Autozone the belt routing is on the package,If you already bought the belt you could always buy one from AutoZone and then return it after you use the routing.

Does the temperature become cooler when the heater is engaged on high? If so you should check the radiator core for clogging. The radiator can be replaced for about $120 if you do it yourself. Check Ebay for sellers. Having the radiator vatted and cleaned would be just as costly and would likely perform less than 100%.

id replace the sensor as soon as possible.

iv had mine for 5 years bin a good truck. it has 2010000 km still runs strong.
