Unbolt the fuel rail and lift up, then replace the injector seals (lightly oil seals) and reinstall new rail on injectors and push rail and attached injectors back into the intake holes, very easy job.

I swap my engine on my 03 ranger 3.0 flex fuel, with one from a 02 ranger gas fuel. It was running rough until I put my old fuel rail and injectors. But I still have a miss on cylinder #3 already install new...

Check compression in number three. You could have bought a bad engine. And yes. You need to change every sensor. If they don't match with the plugs. replace the engine. There is a reason for different engine codes. You should have stuck with them.

Could there b a secoundary fuel pump between filter and fuel rail 99 ford ranger from alaska

No, if you are getting no gas make sure the pump is pumping to the right psi and you have a new fuel filter.

I have seen injections foul till they dont fire any longer, you may want to start with the pump and work forward.

My ranger 89 2.3 starts up idels way up then gos dead

Just before a car runs out of gas it will speed up the idle (rev up) backfire and then die. You are probably experiencing a lack of fuel. Put a pressure gauge on the fuel rail that goes to the fuel injectors. It should probably read between 5 and 15 lbs. If the pressure is bad, it could be a fuel pump or clogged fuel filter. Obviously it is cheaper to start by changing the filter. The line could also be clogged. If it has good pressure all the way up to the fuel rail, it could be clogged fuel injectors.

No spark or current from ignition coil

possibly the flex fuel sensor- its on the frame rail just behind the drivers door- check the conector and connections on the sensor itself.

Fuel rail noise

You may be hearing the pressure regulator that is relieving the pressure on the rail and returning it to the tank.
