Sounds like a speed sensor has failed. Could also be that the transmission fuse has blown. Check fuses and get codes cleared. Other things, that will affect the transmission shift points, would be the manifold absolute pressure MAP sensor, throttle position sensor, PRNDL switch (shifter location switch). Probably just a power issue.
The Crank shift sensor is located in front of the motor in between the intake manifold and oil filter housing, nest to the knock sensor. Look on side cylinder block beside starter.you have to remove the starter to remove the crankshaft sensor.
