Is there any evidenced or knowledge of this vehicle having been in an accident? It's possible that a half shaft is bent (although seemingly unlikely) or maybe the carrier bearing for the driveshaft is bad.

If none of the parts you replaced made a difference, I'd be considering bearings. Is the shimmy felt mostly in the body of the vehicle or in the steering wheel? If mostly in the body, the issue is probably related to the rear axle. If the steering wheel shakes, the issue is likely related to the front axle.

Testimonial: "When the new tie rods were put on the steering wheel stopped shaking in my hand when the new tie rod were put on but you can still feel a shimmy in the steering wheel and in the seat only at highway speed feels like a tie out but its not, maybe shock,or sway bar if it was a axle it would do it at low speed to right"

I suggest moving the tires on the front to the rear and from the rear to the front. If that changes the vibration, then you could try having the wheels and tires re-balanced. If you can find a place with a load balancer, that would be best since it could help identify a bad tire or a bent wheel.

A shaft that is out of true or out of balance wouldn't necessary be noticed at low speeds just like an out of balance tire won't show up at low speeds.

Fuel pump replacement. You may be able to just replace the fuel level sender. There was a recall on the fuel pump relay.

Hard pulsating shimmy when going 65 to 70 on highway

Warped rotors usually causes this due to excessive braking. Could be bad belt in tire also, or possibly a bent or cracked rim.

Recommended service for your 2006 Honda Ridgeline:

Replace VTM-4 rear differential fluid: Driving in mountainous areas at very low vehicle speeds or trailer towing results in higher level of mechanical (shear) stress to fluid or frequently fully loaded. This requires differential fluid changes more frequently than recommended by the Maintenance Minder. If you regularly drive your vehicle under these conditions, have the differential fluid changed at 7,500 miles (12,000 km), then every 15,000 miles (24,000 km).

Engine misfiring

I always replace plugs with same brand and number as came out whenever possible, just for that reason. I've seen too many engines run bad after changing from manufacturers recommended plugs.

Have 2005 Odyssey with same shimmy at low speed

Usually if u can drive into and out of a shimmy it is tire problems, usually balance. It can happen at diffenent speeds. The "shimmy" is the tires bouncing.

2007 honda ridgeline vibration in the steering wheel

that is definitely not normal,i have been a Honda technician for may years and have seen this problem several times.most Honda dealer have a funky new tire balance that does match balancing with road force, have them match balance the tires and do road force, this will take the heavy point of the tire and the light point of the rim, they will index these points and break down the tire and turn the tire to match the light point of the rim, this will also show any non visible bad tire, there is a roller that comes down on the tire as its being balanced and puts approx 9000 pounds of pressure on tire, and measures any excessive internall run out that is not visible, anything above 40lbs of road force after this procedure is not normal, and the tire is no good, most bigger Honda dealer within any major city should have this machine and will know what you are talking about, good luck,Honda should cover that under warranty, especially if it has low kms, don't take no for an answer,go to customer relations
