If you are entering the correct code for the car and you are sure that you are pushing the 5th button after entering the code , then the chip in the radio that is responsible for that function is damaged. What you need is to go to an electronic repair shop and ask them to fix it and most probably they will remove that chip for you and after that the radio will work with a 1111 code
Note: Should you lose your radio security cards, contact your Jaguar Dealer, who for security reasons will require proof of vehicle ownership.
