DISASSEMBLY
1.
Remove the suction pipe and the O-ring from the oil pump.
2.
Remove the rear cover with the gasket and pins.
3.
Remove the cam ring.
4.
Remove the rotor and vanes.
5.
Remove the front side plate.
6.
Remove the inner and outer O-ring.
7.
Remove the spring.
When assembling, use a new gasket and O-ring.
8.
Remove the pulley nut with the spring washer.
9.
Pull off the pulley and the woodruff key.
10.
Remove the snap ring using snap ring pliers.
11.
Drive out the pulley shaft with the bearing. If necessary, use plastic hammer

There is blown fuse check fuse panel on the left side kick panel . check all the fuses in that fuse box with a fuse tester some circuits are linked together. it may not only be the cigarette lighter and radio fuse that control those items. Double check all fuse with a fuse tester or a test light with the ignition ON. Good luck and thanks for using FIX YA

yeah you can check your fuses on the driver side under the dash board, you will find one of them blowed.

There was a recall for the 03-04 Accord radio. It had faulty circuitry that caused the screen to go dim. Check with Honda to see if they'll still honor the recall.
