Did you replace the front and rear or just the front? Rear brakes can make the pulsation as well. Also if your ABS system is activating that could be described as a "pulsation". The ABS problem is usually caused by a bad wheel speed sensor or ABS module failure. ABS modules can be rebuilt (see ebay BBA-Reman) Wheel speed sensors are available at most auto parts stores. Some Saabs require the replacement of the whole hub assembly.
if a wheel bearing is going out then the abs could be sensing that. they are located in the same area. and or are the same. some ABS and wheel bearings are made to be as one unit.
Hi
The wheel bearing may carry the magnetic ring that the abs sensor uses to pick up a reading.
Replace bearing if its faulty and retest all as before.

Sounds like you have a abs problem. The anti-lock brakeing system is part of the trac control. I you loose the wheel speed of one wheel (ie bad speed sensor) both lights will come on.
i belive theres two ,one on each wheel in the rear, you unplug connector, then remove the bolt holding sensor to backing plate and then remove, two wheel drive vans you need too replace the wheel bearing asm, heres two pictures too show you and then you see which type you have, one is the sensor the wire type the other is the bearing asm, hope this helps,
The ABS sensor is a speed sensor also for Traction Control. This is why both lights are on , One of your front ABS sensors are bad or disconnected, or has a pinched wire.
sounds like your abs trac control module is going its located on the front drivers side behind wheel well cover , 850 for new best to pick up from junk yard about 100. module changed in 2002 . make sure you get right year .mine went lost all break fluid no warning canister rusted out.
If the ABS (and likely the traction control) light came on at the same time that the speedometer stopped working, you likely have a faulty wheel speed sensor at the right rear wheel. You can test this by swapping the two rear wheel speed sensors (ABS sensors). If the speedometer then works (but the ABS & Traction control lights stay on), replace the sensor that is now at the left rear (was at the right rear). If no change, you may have a fault in the ABS & Traction control - control unit.
