Its behind your fuse panel but upwards. You can see it if you get your head down and kiss the pedals. Your definitly gonna have to do some dash diving though it you decide to mess with it.
Its under the dash on the drivers side, all the way to the left. Its light blue and a pain in the a@$ to get to

Close all vehicle doors, LOCK doors using drivers side switch.
Insert key all the way into the ignition, (do not turn) remove key.
Repeat this step 5 times. (6 total)
Hazards should flash to indicate program mode.
Press any button on transmitter to be programmed, hazards should flash to indicate successfull program.
*For additional remotes, cycle drivers door lock UNLOCK, LOCK, press
any button on remote, hazards should flash. Repeat step as necessary.
Ignition ON, (engine off) ignition OFF, UNLOCK using drivers side switch, test remotes.

If it's like mine, the relay is located on the passenger side fender wall. You should see a set of 5 relays together. It is the first one in the back.

yes thefuse is located in the fuse box in the engine fuse box it is located at the left hand side of the engine.
