Most likely the plugs will not be the problem
broken or damaged HT leads when pulling them off or if direct coils for plugs , the damage may be there
did you put the leads/coils back on the correct firing order

Hi this an update on the problem on a 2012 street triple I changed the plugs to iridium bike starts and runs fine engine malfunction light stays on. Very careful about pulling leads and fittings.

if the dealer managed to get the light off after working on the bike , I would be inclined to go back there to see if the problem is connected or if there is another fault putting the light on

Toyota estima engine knocking sound

Hi there,

Sounds like the engine timing is out - possibly due to incorrect spark plug gaps? If the plug gaps are correct, then there may be an issue with your Knock sensor.

In either case, your vehicle's on-board computer will have stored the appropriate fault codes, so have your codes read by your local Toyota dealership (this takes about 10mins to read your codes).

Once the codes are extracted, this will identify the culprit circuit.

Hope this helps..

Hi There I have a Toyota Sprinter AE-110 1997 model. i am planning to change my spark plugs To BOSH Iridium plugs. Is it ok to the engine system...? Does It make any Differences..? Thanks ASW

I would not spend that kind of money on spark plugs

Just install double platinum

Do not install Bosch with the silly 4 prongs etc
they won't work in some motors

Stay with the OE electrode shape

Spark plugs will make no difference what so ever
as to upgrading to Iridium

ACURA TL 2000 check engine light is flashing

See if your car has an ignition control module. They will go bad over time and cause random engine misfiring. Just went thru it with my 2002 Buick LeSabre. 120,000 miles on the engine. Replaced plugs, plug wires and check the coils. It was the ICM.
