Possible faulty park/neutral switch. Hold key in start, while moving gearshift up and down. Be sure to have a foot on the brakes! If it starts, or tries to, the switch is bad or out of adjustment. Possible bad ground too. Follow the negative cable from the battery to where it connects to the frame or engine, undo the bolt and clean it well with a wire brush.
sounds like u have a neutral safety switch issue its located on the brake pedal try un plugging it and take a bread tie and jump the two wires across then try to start it if that dont do it try the crank position sensor it sounds like a fire problem
There is a vacuum controlled actuator under the dash that opens a door exposing the heater core to the vent system. Sounds like the door isn't opening. Check your vacuum lines under the dash..
