i can not find any PCV in chery QQ 0.8
While the North American vehicle emission standards has influenced the design of virtually every road vehicle worldwide resulting in an almost universal adoption of pcv systems, not every engine has a pcv valve - many engines, particularly those produced in Europe use a simple air bleed system that employs a large diameter hose, usually from the top of the engine to the intake, pre-butterfly, and a small diameter hose, also usually from the top of the engine ad connected to a small hole near the middle of the intake manifold.
Unlike the pcv valve, the air bleed system usually needs cleaning at every maintenance service, the hole especially as it is less than 2 mm, it blocks easily when the engine has lost newness.
In the 1970s Triumph used the best system of all and simply connected the rocker cover to the intake manifold with half inch hose and ended oil leaks in that model forever...
It is normal that an engine sucks air from the breather - that is the meaning of positive crankcase ventilation. As long as it is no more or less than the designer intended it is ok. How much is the right amount is up to the skill and judgement of the guy doing the work.
