Where can I find the kill switch on a 2001 suburban

YOU HAVE TO HAVE VECHICLE TOWED IN TO A GARAGE ONLY THING YOU CAN DO IS TURN OFF RADIO TO KEEP FROM LOSING THE CODE, THEN DISCONNECT THE NEGATIVE BATTERY CABLE TO KEEP FROM DRAINING THE BATTERY.IF YOU DISCONNECT ABS BRAKE MODULATOR UNIT FUSE AND RELAY YOU CANT DRIVE VECHICLE UNTIL TOW IN FIX,YOU NEED DIAGNOSTIC EQUIPMENT TO FIX VECHICLE.NOT A HOME FIX.

is there a kill switch under the dash drivers side sometimes they install them for working on the for safety reasons so it won't start while youe working under the hood

yes would try that i dont think you can just get the thumdwheel you have to buy the whole switch

if its the computer climate controlled series then it might be the the vents. what happenes some times is the vent wont switch over from hot to cold or vise-versa. i had the same problem but reversed, no heat in front and it worked up to the last time i had switched it from hot to cold.

after you get your new switch, pop off the switch pannel on the door by pulling on it. (should come out easily because its only held in by clips) take out the conectors ussing a small flat to lift the tabs and put in the new one. good luck

There is no kill switch on general motors products.If the vehicle will not start then you have to check to see if you have no spark or fuel.Spray carb.cleaner into the throttle body and if it runs for a few seconds then stops,you more than likely have a bad fuel pump.If it does not start then you have to check for spark at the plugs and out of the coil wire.Also make sure your cap and rotor are good.How long has it been since you did a good tune up on this?Hope this helps.Good luck.

check for faulty relays, remove culprit relay see if problem persist, replace relay if so

there is none there is a built in enersure switch which shots of fuel in the event of an accedent

There is no kill switch just a fuse and a relay. To replace the pump the tank must be droped down and the lines are a bear to seperate.

More than likely your problem is the fuel filter.

Has it ever benn changed? How many miles on it?
