It's on the plastic tank , surge tank . Doesn't have one on the radiator it self
There is no "radiator cap" on the Alero. It has a pressurized recovery tank (overflow bottle) integrated into the cooling system. Unlike other cooling systems where you can add coolant to the coolant reservoir when the engine is hot as there is no pressure in the reservoir, these tanks are at full system pressure and must be allowed to cool down in order to check levels and/or add coolant. This is the only place in the system that allows for coolant input.

Your Alero does not have a transmission dip stick. You do not need to check it unless it starts leaking.

In order to replace the fuel pump u must remove the gas tank, the fuel pump is located inside the tank. U are going to need to get the car at least 3 feet in the air, u will need a good 2 1/2 ton hydraulic floor jack, 4 good safety stands and common hand tools, also a brass drift to release fuel pump module retainner ring on top of tank, don't use steel one spark and u are up in smoke.

I suggest that you visit the autozone.com website and register the vehicle. It doesn't cost anything and will give you access to an online repair manual. The steps for replacing the water pump should be available there. Hope this helped and best wishes.
SOURCE: 2003 Oldsmobile Alero Flasher fuse
I have a 2001 Oldsmobile Alero, Its located behind the hazard button to the right of the speedo cluster. If you have a clicking noise as if your turn signal was on or hazard buttons pressed. Its not your flasher problem. I had to tear apart half the dash and found out that was not problem. Its the turn signal/ wiper switch located on top the steering column. Its very easy to change. The top piece above the turn lever and wiper lever just snaps out. One torx screw holds it in. Unscrew then lift up there are a few wire plugs in the back. Lift up on the wire tabs and pull plugs out. Reverse order to replace with new part that I bought from Napa auto parts for around $150. You can do this if you have very novice skills and 1 torx bit tool. If can help in any other way, just let me know and good luck.....YOU CAN DO IT!!!!
