SOURCE: my kia is stuck in park,

Check to see if the brake lights go on. also listen for a click sound in the shift lever location when you hit the brake pedal. if neither one of these things are occuring then you have a brake light switch problem. you need to replace that and it should all work.

SOURCE: Rear wiper goes too slow and sometimes does not go at all

The motor is worn out. Remove the wiper arm and remove the interior trim panel to gain access. Once you see it, the rest of the procedure will be self-explanatory. I hope this helps.

SOURCE: blower motor 2000 kia sephia works and stops when it wants

The problem might be in the fuse box. I had this similar problem on my highbeams. My soluion was to wiggle the fuse box and or wires going to the motor. Its basically a short.

My windshield wipers do not turn on

Hello,

Check you fuse panel. This would be the easiest way as it's either the wiper motor, wiper switch or a fuse. Your car should have a schematic of what fuse is for what function, if not you can Google it. You can also pic up a repair manual for about $15-$20 at any local parts store too. Parts are pretty cheap and it's probably the fuse or the interior wiper control switch as wiper motors rarely ever die. Good luck.

I have 1996 Kia Sephia. When the air conditioner is on, the power steering doesn't work about half of the time and the car makes a squealing noise when turning, starting, and sometimes when idling....

Loose belt-tighten or worn idler pulley bearings.Tighten belts first and if the squeel is still there remove belt and check all pulley bearings.Grab the pulley by hand and give it a wriggle-there shouldn't be any play axially

My 1995 Kia Sephia accelerates and shuts down

check to make sure that your mass air flow sensor is working properly and your clean air supply to the throdle body is all connected and functioning. allong with the sensors connected to that. it sounds like your cars mas air flow sensor is giving an incorrect high reading to your ecu...so your car thinks it is taking in more air than it is... the fuel injectors are trying to compensate for the high air flow but because that air flow does not exist the car stalls.

1995 Oldsmobile wipers work only when they want. I replaced the Multifunction switch and the problem continues.

Check out the wiper motor under the hood. Sometimes you can see a ground wire on it. Remove and clean the connection and tighten it back up.
There can be a small relay on the wiper itself. I don't know if your wiper motor has a dust cover around it or not. That relay usually works the delayed wiper function.
As a last resort to replacing the motor-WD 40 t remove moisture.

How to replace Alternator on 2001 Kia Sephia

You may try removing the engine mount and slightly raising the engine. It will give you much more room to work. I had to replace the timing belt on mine and I resisted this advice for a while. Once I finally did, the job went much quicker. I placed a jack under the oil pan (with a block of wood between jack and oil pan) and then upped the jack until it just made contact. Then I removed the engine mount directly in front of the serpentine belt. You can then slowly jack the engine up to gain more room. I can't remember where the alternator is on the sephia (up high on the motor or down low). If it's low, you could just lower the jack slowly to gain more room.
