Regarding the rear door child locks: There is a small lever on the latch side of the door, you can only see it with the door open. Move it to the other position.
Regarding the front door locks: You either have a bad door lock switch, or the power lock solenoids are beginning to fail. To check this, you will need to pull the door panels off, & measure the actual voltage at the solenoids whilst manipulating the lock switch. If you have 12 + VDC, I would suggest replacing the door lock solenoids. Not hard to change, but it IS time consuming. Best left to a dealer. Expect to pay 1 hour per side to change each solenoid.

Your post is somewhat confusing, BUT with child locks engaged, you can only open the door from the outside, when unlocked.

should be a switch on the back doors to turn on and off the child safety locks it requires your key or a flat blade screw driver.. let me know if this works for you
