How do i switch my ez passfrom my old car to new car

sorry no idea what your talking about ,in my time car radios were valve with a booster box under the dash ,wouldnt say i was old ? but yes i remember cars with these and a positive earth

Most of the Issues the EZS/EIS system are caused by HUMAN ERROR... Power Surges, Jump Starting a car, Bad Battery.

This requires a new program from the dealership to get your car to be able to start again.

FYI... When my Immobizer went out on my Volvo, it cost me $1,700 for 2 new Keys, 2 New FOB's and the Immobilizer to install (2 hours labor)... Expensive for a part..

It has been necessary to heat(hot) the old stud in order to free it, try a bolt extractor rather than an easy out worse case scenario would be to drill out the bolt to almost the diameter of the hole, if you damage the threads you may have to chase new threads or the old reliable heli coil will work. hope this helps good luck.
