first the sensors on the exhaust manifold or before the cat converters are heated oxygen sensors ( not O2 sensors but HO2S sensors)
there are O2 sensors after each cat converter before any muffler

According to my book, it looks like a bad O2 sensor, the sensor behind the catalytic converter on the passenger side exhaust.

Bank 1, Sensor 2.

You can pick one up at the parts store for around $75.

2005 NIssan quest camshaft sensor

for a Nissan Quest, it is in the distributor. Not serviceable, replace distributor. Famous for nearing failing and getting brown dust on optical sensor for camshaft sensor. buy on ebay for $200. Cleaning optical sensor is temp repair.
