Hi James as far as I can remember When lock appears you just leave the radio on whilst driving and it should clear after a few ignition cycles and a period of time elapses. Good luck

You have a oil leak that is leaking on the exhaust from the valve cover,s or maybe the oil pan. And you may notice it more when the car is hot and been drive long distance
