Car electronics can be very tricky sometimes. Changing the battery in your remote should not cause any need to reprogram your key or remote. I have a trick for you to try:
The old car battery reset trick
I know this sounds absurd, but it works sometimes and is worth trying. If you exhausted all of the options above, disconnect bot terminals on your car battery for 10 minutes. Then reconnect them and try your key fob. This has worked for many people and I have no idea why. If you do, please comment below to explain.
Hopefully this helps out, you would be surprised how many electrical issues this little trick will fix on any vehicle.
If it doesn't work I would suggest what others have suggested in this forum, which is reprogram the key and remote. You can find key and remote programming instructions here:

Hello and thank you for choosing fixya.com. I would suggest taking your vehicle to a local auto parts store and request to have a diagnosis done. (while auto stores vary, this is usually a free service and only takes a couple minutes to complete) to see if any codes are brought up. If so, the representative can tell you what the codes mean, and what needs replaced or repaired. Let them know of the situation. Even if no codes show up, ask them to clear the codes. If this does not work, do the following. 1: make sure that the batter in your key fob is inserted correctly, and that it is the correct size and type. 2. Disconnect the + Positive cable on your battery. This will reset your the vehicles computer. Maybe this will allow the vechile to code up with the fob. If not, I would take it to dealership, or backto an auto part store for further assitance.
I thank greatly for choosing fixya.com. I hope this information is useful to you and helps you get your fob working again. Let me know if you need further assistance, or have any questions or comments. Feel free to rate this information at your earliest convenience.

Insert key into door barrel or ignition lock and turn key, whilst doing this press the unlock/lock button, the led on the dash should flash to indicate this has initialised the key to the car, then remove key and test operation of remote. If this fails then a new remote plus coding to the car by your dealership is needed
SOURCE: WHEN I PUSH TO BUTTON TO UNLOCK MY 2007 HYUNDAI
the car has two codes one is fixed the other is a rolling code which changes each time you press the unlock button, the first is allowing you to unlock the car but when you open the door it thinks your trying to steal it and the alarm goes off, then when you put in key it is recognising the key and switching off the alarm....NOW if you follow the instructions in the book you can reset the alarm(as i worked for hyundai over 5 years ago i cant remember the sequence, sorry)
