Hand brake adjustment on freelander 2005 - 2005 Land Rover Freelander

Hi put car on level ground,start engine run untill the engine is at optimal tempriture apply hand brake then open bonnet then first look for transmition dip stick at the back of engine,once found start car and put gear lever through all the gears about free times then put it back in park,pull the dipstick out wipe it with a cloth (best to use cloth like shirt so there are no peaces of fluff to contaminate t-fluid) thenput it back in the transmition as fare as it can go,pull out and check that the fluid is between the level marks,if rite put dipstick back job done,good luck hope thi was some help

If you meant only the brake handle mountings then it is possible but if you mean for tightening the play on the hand brakes you will have to adjust from the bottom the play adjusters at the lever end so as to establish a good pressure for the hand brake to act..

usually you reach underneath the column and release the lever

They can be adjusted, so they dont blind oncoming traffic, however, if you are going abroad for a short time, then its best to just fit headlamp beam deflectors on the headlamps, you can get those at halfords etc

Under the OSR (right hand rear) wheel arch behind the plastic crud shield.

all brake light switches should be under the brake pedal....but it looks like a long item well not very long bout and inche or inch in a half long with a button on the end but it should be right under the brake pedal

where r the break lights on a freelander sport and where is the fogs plese help me

If you lift the hand brake you should find an adjustment nut (I think it is 10MM). Tighten that and you should be good to go. Be careful, it doesn't take much to adjust - turn gradually/slowly.
