You need to first check all your fuses!
Question: Do the locks not work from the driver or the passenger switches, if they do not work from either switch then its a power or ground problem. If they do work from one of the switches then you need the switch that went bad.

check all you r fuses. There should be 2 sets, one under the hood and another in the passenger area(driver side under dash usually)

Sorry to say there isnt one available (if its the factory stereo)...the only diagrams available would be for the wiring in the up to the connector at the back of the radio

Your best bet will be to go to a salvage yard and take one off one of the Neons there, with permission from the owners. Just any plug won't do. The bore size and threadding have to be exact, or the pan will leak.
