SOURCE: radio code

Call Honda America - 1-800-999-1009
Give them your VIN number and the Radio Serial Number (Check your glove box for a 10 digit code...it may be affixed to the back part of the glove box wall)

They will verify some information and will give it to you over the phone.

You can also go to the Honda website...
https://www.ahm-ownerlink.com/

Here you can enter your VIN information and just update some things. There is a link there that will take you to the retrieve your radio code. Once you get it, write it down and/or put it on your 'Ownerlink" which will help you the next time.

SOURCE: unlock radip code,1998 honda accord 4 door

Try these things. Why don't you call the Honda customer service at 1-800-999-1009 have your radio serial number and VIN to your car and they will help you to unlock your radio. If you don't have the serial code to your radio and you are the original owner they will tell you have to get the code and turn it back on and also how to get your serial number to you radio to unlock it. Here are some websites too: www.Radio-code.com & www.webcrawler.com type in radio unlock code. But if you are the original owner you should have a white card that came with the car. It says HONDA Anti-theft radio Identification card . It has you code number and serial number on it and how to put in the code to unlock the radio.

SOURCE: 1998 honda accord. obdII code 1167. what does this

this means you have an O2 sensor, heater circuit malfunction bank no. 2 sensor no.3 this should be the one on your exhaust system, under the vehicle around the catalytic converter. to test the heater circuit, you can use an ohm meter, unplug the connector and it should look like a/b top 2, c/d bottom two, check c/d with your ohm meter it should read 10 to 40 ohms, if it checks out ok, possibly the voltage is not reaching the sensor, check the connector to the sensor (yellow/black+) (green blue-) there should be voltage with the battery turned on, if there is not check th e main relay. Good luck, I hope this takes car of it.

SOURCE: how to remove starter from 1998 honda accord

Detach the cable from the negative terminal of the battery. Caution: If you have an anti-theft radio, make sure you have the activation code before disconnecting the battery.

Remove the battery and battery tray from the engine compartment (remove the battery first, then remove the bolts for the battery tray and remove it.).

Remove the lower radiator hose and the wiring harness from the starter bracket. Make sure they are positioned out of the way.

Clearly label, then disconnect the wires from the terminals on the starter motor solenoid (the smaller cylinder attached to the starter). Disconnect any clips securing the wiring to the starter.

Remove the mounting bolts (two) and detach the starter (pull it gently out of its housing).

Reverse this procedure for installation.

Hope this is of help to you.

Radio security code for a 1998 honda accord

Check for a sticker with the radio code inside the glove box. Some dealers fixed a second sticker in the owners manual. If not available, get the code from a Honda dealer, and be prepared to show VIN number, and proof of vehicle ownership.
