does the srs light come on and go off at random times and sometimes stay on if that is so check the srs switch under your seat it try moving round in the seat applying weight in diff locations and see if it goes off and on if so then you might need to replace that switch

the lighter fuse is usually a stronger one like a 20 or so..its normally red in color some are 15 or ten amp..these are green or gold(yellow)..they will show burnt inside..replace the burnt one and you should have power.
