remove fender you have to raise vechicle remove wheel. remove splash shield remove bolts holding fender through wheel opening.then you have open hood remove headlight housing remove fender bolts behind head light housing.

There is a problem with the ABS system. This is the reason for the ABS, Slippery sign and the cruise not working. Have the codes read. Probably a wheel sensor issue. I don't know about the blue tooth.

take it to autozone they should be able to do it.

Put it in neutral. Start it. If it starts replace the Shifter mechanism in the console. The solenoid is bad. You can't get them separate.
