Remove the front number. Ou will see it riveted to the bumper frame of the drivers side. If you remove the screws that holt the top of the bumper to the upper radiator cover and gently pull back on the grill part of the bumper you will see it.
its under the hood in the box near the battery on the drivers side. I believe its the tall black one, but I could be wrong about which one since there are a number of them-- I know its in that box near the battery though.
this sound like your flasher unit/relay is faulty as both indicators and 4 way hazard lights are not working chech your h/book for location or look under neath the fuse/relay box cover ?there is usually a diagram of location of fuses//relay
