you need to take the neg (-) battery cable off to reset the radio. you can only enter the radio code 3 times incorrectly than it will lock up. i think you can pull the back up fuse from the under hood fuse box for 10 seconds and that will also reset it.

We had the same problem. As advised from another website, we unhooked the battery and hooked the cables together for about 10 minutes. This reset the radio and allowed us to put in the 5-digit code. Now we're jammin'!

tuen radio off...hold #1 and #6 on preset buttons...tuen radio back on an alphanumeric number will display theere should be 8 digits and 2 numbers...you will need to call acura and give them these numbers and they should give you a lock code to enter hope this helps

Your idle should pretty much be set by the computer and shouldn't change to much unless some repairs have been or you have another problem. In any case below are the instructions on seting the idle. Also below I marked which fuse you will need to pull out for about 10 seconds in order to reset the computer. Make sure that if your radio has a security code that you have it before you pull this fuse as you will have to reset it. Hope this helps.
