SOURCE: The turn signals dont work on a 2000 Ford EXplorer

most likely not in the fuse box nor is it a relay, check the fuse and replace if necessary. Turn on your hazards and listen for a clicking sound under the dash on the drivers side. Normally the hazard and turn signal flashers or near each other. Not a Ford fan so I can't exactly say where it is located.

Where is the 2001 ford explorer headlight relay located for 5.0 liter, 4 door, no automatic lights, 2 wheel drive

I don't see any answers to this but I will take a shot in the dark here. The fuse box under the hood on most fords have relays in the fuse box its self or it can be under the bottom of the fuse box. The fuse box has to be removed to gain access to these. Take it loose and tun it up so you can see the bottom or they could be in there on mount under the fuse box. The location of these relays are listed on the lid of the fuse box.
I hope this helps. Good Luck.

Fog lamp will not come on 2001 ford explorer

Fog lights normally have their own relay, which is usually in a black box under the hood mounted on or near the wheel well. Take the top off and there is a diagram glued in that shows which relay does what. Find a relay that's the same in the box and plug it into the fog light location. If the lights work replace the relay. Also check your fuse box for your lights. If the lights still do not function you may have to replace the switch.
