SOURCE: Passenger side slider door (not power) fell off.

As I had posted, I did not have my door fall off but I did have to have the door latch on both sliders replaced. The passenger side door latch failed first. At most, I use that slider door once a week. When I told them this, they said the latch likely broke from lack of use and basically seized up. Then a couple months later, the driver side slider door latch broke. This time they said it is because I use it so frequently (daily). How often can I use the door and stay within a happy medium so this problem doesn't occur again?? Sorry this isn't a solution but I wanted you to know I had a similar problem.

SOURCE: passenger door ajar and courtesy light on permanently.

Sounds like you broke the sensor on the door to say if it closed our not. There should be a push button that will push in a say the door is closed. Make sure that isn't damaged, if it is then it will need to be replaced. The best place to buy this part is the dealer unfortunately. When you buy that part ask them for directions on replacing it.

Good Luck,

SOURCE: I can't close the doors on my chevy blazer

with the door open try tripping the catch piece manually.
to do this hold the door handle in the open position while
at the same time you reach over to the catch and it should flip right up .before you do this put the window down so you can test several times.then give a good shot of w.d. 40

The driver side door on my 2002 chevy blazer wont close.how do i fix it?

Door pins are a common failure on that series of Blazer/S10's. Also, another point of contention that the door faces is a sticky latch. Basically, the door latch re-latches itself and when you shut the door into the catch, it slams into it and bounces off. An easy fix is a 3 part cocktail of brake parts cleaner. Open and shut the latch with a screw driver acting as the catch and your interior door handle a few times. P'Blaster, open and shut the door a few times with the screwdriver acting as the catch. Finally, a good shot of white lithium grease. Open and shut the door with a screwdriver as the catch several times. Once you feel it is un-stuck, actually close and open the door several times. If you notice the door rising every time it catches, you MUST replace the door pins (cheap fix). If the door still has issues, replace the door latch (and since you're in there, do some PM and replace the actuator as well).

I have a 2002 Buick LeSabre Limited & with the heater in Auto mode, there is very warm air discharging at the floor on the passenger side, but cool air discharging on the driver side. This is the case...

Well you have 2 or 3 door actuators. They are little electric motors in your HVAC system that flip doors open and close and change air direction(defrost to midlevel to floor)and how mutch air flows across the heater core, if any at all.The issue is that the drivers side is not working. The question is why.Could be the little motors,or the heater control unit. You may also have a HVAC programmer. You can see what the parts look like by going to rockauto.com. and looking up your aplication, look under (heater blend door, heater AC control) I see that there are a lot of parts all tied to the heater control.I will just say that I had the same issue on a 2004 Chevy 2500HD with duel climate controls.Duel sliders to adjust temp.Do not know which you have, but dealer said that the actuater were at faul and wanted a lot to replace them.I ended up just replacing the heater control and that fixed the problem. I found mine for under $100.I don't think you will be able to find anything cheep on yours.Well good luck and I hope I have shed some light on this, and hope others can steer you in the rite direction.

Tailgate jamed shut

under the carpet installed on the tailgate door, there is a hole. put a screw driver in it and manually flip the latch open, to start.
yjen take the door panel off, one screw with the interiro handle, and pull the rest off,
watch the auto release slidw side to side, you will find a broken piece here, I made an extension piece with a plastic hook and screw, works fine for over a year, lube all latch parts with wd 30 once opened.

Yes, but you need lots of skill and body tools to permanantly repair that. This is caused by owners not knowing that there are tiny drain holes in the bottom of the doors, that get clogged up with dirt. If a person just checked and cleaned them out once a year, with a pipe cleaner.......this would never have happened

Check the door buttons on each door to see if they are operational. It appears as though your problem is there. One or both of them are loose or broken and needs replacing.
