the fuse for the seats should be located behind the fuse panel on the drivers side dash end. if not driver then passenger

It could be out of freon . It could be you have a blown fuse or bad relay. look in owners manual under (fuses) AC/heater If blown use same amp fuse

HRW heated rear window ,but that all i can tell you sorry never seen an impala here in spain

Sounds like you blew a fuse. Check your owners manual for the location of your fuse panel and for the proper fuse within the panel. Repost if the fuse is OK and we'll go to step 2
