I have a 2006 Honda Odyssey. Power windows are not working. The main Power Window fuse seem to be under a cooper part surrounded by plastic. Is it ok to remove the cooper part to access the fuse.

SOURCE: odyssey rear window washer fluid not spraying where is reservior

The reservoir is the same one for the front washers. There are two electric pumps on the base of the reservoir (one for front and one for rear). You probably need a new pump. It is accessible behind the panel in front of the front right wheel.

SOURCE: 2005 Honda Odyssey brake light housing removal

Yes, there is a spear point style clip that is holding the assembly. Wrap a flat blade screwdriver with some masking tape (prevents paint scratches) and pry between the forward outboard corner of the brake light housing and the car body. You want to pry the assembly rearward.

2006 Honda Odyssey. No lights no power!

Question edited for clarity.
Question moved to model category.

Unlikely to be either. You have a power supply problem which appears to be a known issue.

2004 honda odyssey rear window passenger side won't open

First check fuse #7 and #16 in the passenger side dash fuse box, however I've seen this happen allot on this body-style of Odyssey's. Here's a quick check you can perform: Operate the rear vent window switch and listen for a 'click' in the rear of the van next to the vent window. This is the relay 'clicking'. If you hear the relay 'Click' you now know that your getting power in the circuit. This means that the vent motor is faulty. This is a common failure and they usually go out in pairs, so the other side maybe on its way out too. If you don't hear the 'click' than you'll have pin test the multiplex control circuit for a fault.

It sounds like the MAIN SWITCH on the driver's side "master power window control panel" is OFF or defective.
