check fuse --power feed from battery --harness---ign switch

This is most likely in the cluster. It may have replacable bulbs in the back of it. If it does not, than it is a sealed system and the cluster needs to be replaced. Good news is you can put a used cluster in this van and you will not lose your miles.

many things run through the cluster including remotes and door locks. If its like like most dodge electronics, you'll have to do some dissection. remove any trim and bezels from around the cluster. remove the cluster and set on a bath towel clear side down disassemble cluster to get at circuit board. take a heat gun(not a blow drier, they dont get hot enough. Heat only the board, moving quickly to avoid hot-spots for three to five minutes a side. this may warm up the solder enough to make better connections. This has no guarantee that it will work. You still may have to have someone with a soldering iron rework the solder points.

You must pop up the lower bezel cover first. Lift at the front towards the steering column. Lift up easy from the seat side only, theres 2 clipss that can be broken on the dash side. After poping up slide towards you. Remove the 4 screws holding the round bezel. Remove bezel towards you.Remove 4 screws that hold the instrument cluster. Tilt the cluster to remove. Blubs are PC74. Remove bulbs by turning counterclockwise.

check you rear wiper motor and make sure there fluid going to the motor

Hold dodge accountable for 10 or more years of bad bcm's and electrical problems. Maybe there is a class action going on we can contact. I'm going to keep looking.

go to a parts store they will put them on free and they know the size. or you can take them of an use a measureing tape and measure them duh.
