Here's a link to the owners manual free download. Simply put year and model in and it will bring up your manual.

Fuse block information begins on page 307 and ends on page 312

Found this diagram. The starter bat terminal should be a bigger wire, two wires go there. You can see the color for the other wire all by itself.

Have 2005 Dodge Magnum with LED tail lights. Brake lights come on when headlights come on and stay that way. Changed brake light switch but that did not help.
The only place I know of where the parking light circuit and brake light circuit can meet up is in the tail light housings. They both use the same ground circuit.
Its possible one of the lamp panels has shorted out.
You may have to get a used shop manual to get the wiring diagrams to be able to troubleshoot it.

Horn does not work fuse are good
Probably a bad ground to the frame at horn . Check for grounding &/or black wire ground to frame. Clean with emery cloth or sand paper. Good luck!
