Where is the fuse or relay located on 1995 Astro?

Both power windows stopped working at the same time. Both power windows stopped working at the same time.

Click on the link, the power windows use circuit breaker. The circuit goes hot with key on. Use a test light, check voltage at circuit breaker.
At the hinge side of driver door, should be a wiring harness, probably has a protective covering, see if you can get at wire colors, the pink wire is voltage with key on. the black wire is ground, check them both.
