Changing the oil life from 0% to 100%...can't seem to fix... any suggestions?

display the oil life on the dash board display. Press & hold the check button until the display shows 100%. Takes 1-3 seconds. Don't do it until you change the fluid in the engine.

I want to do my oil change to my 05 caravan .I got Lucas oil stabilizer ..is this good to add or not ? Any suggestions please

Its really a matter of opinion.
Most additives don't hurt, but don't help that much either.
Using a good quality brand of oil and changing it every 5,000 miles is your best shot of long engine life.
I would not recommend adding more than one bottle over the life of the engine.

What does it mean when the wrench pops up and the message pops up that says oil life 15% on a 2007 Honda Accord SE sedan?

It is probably telling you that the oil needs changing soon. The wrench is telling you it needs service and the 15% is probably stating you have 15% of life in the oil left, with 0% being the oil has to be changed. Most newer cars recommend the oil is changed every 3000 mi or 3 mo.

You could increase the weight of your oil but don't go to high. this will decrease the noise a bit.

1997 honda passport noisy lifters

You could try running a flush chemical in the engine oil just prior to changing the oil, and then using synthetic oil. This may free up the little tiny valve in the lifters and reduce the noise. At the very least, it will help prolong their life. It is a very big expensive job to change these because they are generally replaced as a set and they are not cheap, but replacement is often the only true fix.
