I have looked at wire harness good disconnected the fuel pump still blows
If the pump is disconnected and it still blows the fuse, then you have a bad short somewhere. Time to do some continuity testing on the wiring.

What make , model , year and engine size ?

How to find a short , electrical testing with a DVOM - digital volt ohm meter !

Do you know what a fuel pump driver module is ? The PCM - engine computer uses info. from a fuel rail pressure sensor to determine how much fuel pressure thier is to the injectors . If low fuel pressure the PCM sends a message to the FPDM to turn on the fuel pump longer . You probably have a shorted FPDM , but testing is the way to find out. Watch this video !

Disreguard FPDM , that's not your problem , nor is the fuel pump .
After looking at a wiring diagram , that 30amp fuse is not for the fuel pump , has nothing to do with the fuel pump.
ok thankyou

30amp fuse isn't for the fuel pump , fuel pump has a 20amp fuse . What number fuse is the one blowing . Fuel injectors 30amp ?
And that 30amp fuse powers more things then just the fuel injectors . Air bag , Generator , engine controls . Here is a web site for free wiring diagrams .
