When the engine starts, it starts to oscillate, after some time stabilizes. only when starting. Is it the throttle problem since the pump is electronic?

Are you sure that's not a 'safety feature' to warn others that you're reversing - like on commercial trucks?
Also, why do you let it warm up for 10-15 mins? Seems excessive? Is this suggested in the Owner's Manual for that engine? As this is surely fuel injected, it should be ready to go immediately....or wait ~5 minutes if you're going full throttle from the dock/launch...to let the oil warm a bit.
