Here are your dash warning lights. The lightning bolt is Electronic Throttle Control, and you can't drive without that. Not sure that your sail and sun is unless it is the Cold Ambient Derate Mode Indicator
You need a local auto electrician. you can't guess stuff like this, it needs a pro grade scan tool computer.

Are you getting sparks? What is the fuel pressure? Are the injectors firing?

Check with tyour local dealer you may have a recall possibly. You also may have a bad oil pump. How many miles does truck have on it.

Disconnect neg. terminal for 5 min. It used to work on older Dodges.

Check or replace the oil pressure sending unit.
