1995 xj6 car shut down no driver lock to reset how do I start car or reset ??? help

Don't know about the back tires but I believe there is a fuel disabling reset switch located by the drivers side fuse box by your left foot close to where the door panel is. Might be in the fuse box itself but somewhere in that are there is a reset switch. I believe if the car is in an accident fuel is cut off as a safety measure.

Seems that your speed sensor (mounted on the differential housing) has a defect. See Haynes how to check it.

Does check engine light or wrench light come on? If yes, get free computer scan from Autozone or other parts store that offers free scan. Sounds like a sensor is failing

Try disconnecting the vehicle immobiliser module wich is in the boot. Then reconnect it to reset the module
