While driving turn signal goes on with the switch off, can't cancel it, bulbs are good.
Did you ever find the problem because it's the same issue I'm having now , 1-28-22
Turn Signal Lamps
The FRT/TRN/HAZ/CRTSY/MIRR and REAR/TRN/HAZ fuses in the underhood fuse block supplies battery positive voltage to the body control module (BCM). When the turn signal switch is placed in either the left or right position, a signal is sent to the BCM to illuminate the desired turn signal lamps. The BCM has an internal flasher that sends an ON-OFF voltage signal to either the left or right turn signals and their instrument panel cluster (IPC) indicator. When the hazard switch is pressed, a separate ground signal is sent to the BCM to activate and flash all turn signal lamps including both IPC turn indicators. The front and rear turn signals are grounded at G105, G350 and G340. The sound for the turn signal indicators is produced by the IPC.

Could be a switch problem , short to ground on the signal circuit to the BCM , BCM seeing a input that shouldn't be there etc....
I would have it checked for DTC'S diagnostic trouble codes .

remove a half dozen or so plastic rivets holding plastic wheel well in...the center of the rivets pull out then yank on them. the rest is obvious.

I brought my 2006 H3 in to the dealer for the same thing. My blower stopped working all together but it started as an intermittent problem. He said he had to replaced a diode or resistor either behind the switch on the dash that controls the fan or on the fan motor itself. Have not had a problem since but that was only about 4 months ago.

I had the same problem. It was a defective lamp socket on the driver's left side, Volvo Part Number 8662985. Costs me $11.24 to replace the lamp socket, which included the bulb. If you've already replaced the bulbs yourself, you will find replacing the socket pretty easy, just use a thin flathead screwdriver to delicately pry off the metal retainer clip which holds the lamp socket in place, as you'll need to reinstall the existing metal retainer clip once you've replaced the lamp socket. Two minute job.

If you look in the owner's manual it will explain this. Happened to me a bunch of times, really embarassing. It is an additional anti-theft device . If the computer senses that the key is inserted improperly, or that it is not a perfect match for the code it has in its memory for your key, it shuts of the gas supply to your engine for approx. 10 minutes to defer theft. Still happens to me intermittently. Now only very rarely. Total pain. I cleaned my key..carefully, with WD40 and after drying put just a touch of graphite on the key and started the beast a number of times. My dealer didn't read the manual either. You must wait the full ten minutes before trying to restart....otherwise it never totally resets and (the first time this happened to me) you can sit there and fight it forever.
I don't have my owner'smanual handy to refer you directly to the proper pages, but its in there under theft deterent. Hope this helps......and that Hummer can provide aneasy fix for this.

I assume you've fixed this already given that nearly a year has passer by, but if others experience this, it may help them. Under the dashboard on the passenger side there is a Fan Blower resistor attached to a red connector with 5-7 colored wires. Its held in by two simple screws. Disconnect the connector and inspect it for any burn marks(usually the last orange wire at the end). If this is discolored go to the nearest GM dealer and by about $70 worth of parts. The blower resistor, the red harness connector and the clips that go into the connector. Job takes under an hour and would be rated at novice-intermediate. Advice: set the passenger chair back as far as possible. Remove the harness clips carefully so as not to break them. For more workspace you can easily pull out the plastic facia on the right hand side, it easily slips out from under the foot rail, do not be intimidated there are no hidden screws. There is also a relay down there; a small black box held in by one screw, you might as well change this while you're down there. A dealer may charge as much as $400 for this simple fix!
