esp can come on , just driving wildly or any tire slip.
the ESP uses brake and throttle and trans controls to limit slips.
that overheating statement is false. pure conjecture.
serpentine belt, why that?
why not use a real FSM book
and a real scan tool, and not work blind, the oper. guide is useless.
"says get it serviced, all other words, not driving badly are useless"
the 20mph is limphome mode. and is serious issue that.
the fsm is here, read that. first , then scan it.
just 4 bucks
https://suzukipitstopplus.com/Products/1045-2006-grand-vitara-service-manual.aspx
now read this carefully the 3 ways it works.
Throttle, brakes or transmission.
http://www.suzuguide.com/suzuki-447.html
if any of the 3 things fail, ESP will be upset,
ESP is last. dead last in the chain of logic.
all most work correctly first.
one thing this is comon failure is DTC for the throttle by wire
if it fails ESP will fail. how can it work with bad precursor systems?
even bad brakes, @!!!!!
why not scan it. all scan tools new can scan suzuki codes
for newer PCM.s
my innova. 3160 does.
truth
you can not fix these cars with out a scan tool.
period. sorry. but that is a fact.
in fact , i usually must drive , scan and log to find most errors.
cant do that at autozoned, not ever.
