Does 98 Dodge Stratus v6 have access to fuel pump from the back seat.

There should be an access panel.
Pull up on the back seat at the front edge to dislodge the locking clips.
Note that the clips can be a really tight fit.

drop the tank
remove the fuel lines
remove the electronic connector.
remove the ring from the tank that holds the sending / fuel pump unit into the tank.
replace the pump on the sending unit,
reverse steps to install

You can check under the seat of the Stratus for an access point. But unfortunately I don't think there is door. You are going to be pulling out the tank.

Check all your fuses...especially the one for the cpu..if that is blown, it will kill everything else..because that car is basically ran by it..
