I Have checked Powers and Grounds and Ohms on all Solenoids Even Put the 3 -2 Down Shift Solenoid back in because I was told it should read 10 + ohms instead of 20 + ohms Pulling my hair out !
What model and year vehicle ? Computer problem maybe . Do you know how to test a PCM driver (transistor) Need a wiring diagram ,pin out of PCM connectors . , need a test light to check an see if the PCM is able to suppy a ground for that shift solenoid to turn on an off .

The computer has to be able to control it .https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8FnYllf5...

SOURCE: What does code P0753 Shift Solenoid mean?
P0753 means your powertrain computer detects a continuous open, short to ground or short to power in the circuit to your transmission's 1-2 shift solenoid. When the code is active, your transmission runs in a fail safe/limp home mode that only lets certain gear ratios function in the transmission.
The solenoid in your application looks like this
and it is located sometimes on the side of the transmission, but my guess is from the looks of it, it might be found inside the transmission, only accessible with the oil pan removed.
The problem might be the solenoid itself, or the wiring going to the solenoid from the computer that controls the transmission, or the computer itself.

You need to check to resistance of all solenoids of this transmission.
If you are referring to the solenoids on the front lower portion of the transmission, a 10 mm socket with a 3 inch extension and a ratchet will remove the solenoids. you can check them out of the vehicle. if one is out of spec, you must replace both b and c shift solenoid. Note Honda refers to these solenoids as solenoid and solenoid B. One more thing, if you disconnect the battery and take the battery and battery tray out, if is very easy to get to all the solenoids. Make sure you have the security code for the radio, or it may not have full function when powered up. Good Luck

SOURCE: trouble with the transmission solenoid
USUALLY A SHIFT SOLENOID DTC IS REPAIRED BY REPLACING THE TRANS SOLENOID PACK ASSEMBLY..LOCATED ON OUTSIDE OF TRANSMISSION..YOU MUST BE CAREFUL WHEN CHANGING PACK..CLEAN ALL DIRT/DEBRIS FROM OUTSIDE OF PACK..YOU DON'T WANT ANY DIRT TO ENTER TRANSMISSION..SOLENOID IS A SMALL BOX LOCATED ON SIDE OF TRANS FACING FRONT OF VEHICLE..YOU MUST REMOVE TRANS COOLER LINE HOSES FROM FITTINGS ON TRANS..REMOVE INPUT SPEED SENSOR..UNPLUG PACK..8MM SCREW HOLDS IT..3 BOLTS HOLD PACK TO TRANS..YOU MUST CLEAN ALL GASKET RESIDUE THOROUGHLY BEFORE INSTALLING PACK..I'D RECOMMEND GETTING SOMEONE WHO HAS DONE THIS BEFORE IF YOU ARE NOT COMFORTABLE DOING THIS..I HOPE THIS HELPS
SOURCE: p0446 code 1998 gmc jimmy how do I fix this? where is it located?
A fault code is not located anywhere except in memory of the computer. A fault code indicates a problem exists int a system, a system contains many parts.
