that light is the engine warning light you should go and have your car checked over at a garage running very low on oil can cause some serious problems with your engine. you'll also have to go to a garage to get them to turn your light off.

It's a check engine light, have it checked right away. If you take it to a Ford dealer, they can give you a very detailed diagnosis, however they also charge about 80 bucks just to do that. If you take it to an auto parts store (AutoZone, Advance Auto Parts, NAPA, etc.) they will often be able to check for free, but it won't be the most detailed solution.

this is common on the focus, there is a fault on the printed circuit boards inside the dash pods and the only way to repaire it is to replace or have your old ont re conditioned
