As soon as I reconnect the charged battery, All the circuitry starts cycling, hazards, and the alarm goes a full cycle, stops, then starts again It's something I have to disconnect quickly or distress my neighbors. Is there some reset process that would turn off the alarm?
Stick your key in the ignition and turn to start. That should stop the alarm. However, it sounds like your battery still isn't fully charged. Computer things go haywire when battery voltage is 9.6 volts or less.
Testimonial: "THanks Rick M, I will continue to charge the battery overnight and try again. Much appreciated. The battery reads 10V with no load, so I'm sure it dropped below 9.6 under load."

by a cheap amp meter from your local electrical shop should not cost any more than $20, disconnect negative terminal from battery and put the amp meter in between the negative post and the disconnected terminal you will find that there is a number apering on the amp meter eg. 2 amps start pulling fuses one at a time and see if the nomber drops ( always refit the fuse after you pull each one our you may have problems later working out what fuse gos were) when the nomeber dose drop you have found the circut that is at ault and you can make the choise of operating without this cercut or fixing it
good luck
