IRCM - integrated relay control module not constant control module. Do you know what a relay is ? Relay for fuel pump , A/C compressor relay , EEC power relay , cooling fan relay's are what is inside the module . What's not working on your vehicle ? Do you know what a wiring diagrams ? Did you check for B+ voltage at the wires connected to the alternator ? Could have a blown fuse or fusible link . Go to http://www.bbbind.com/free_tsb.html free wiring diagrams . Fill in your vehicle info .under system click on engine then under subsystem click on charging system . Look at diagram to see which wire has power an what fuse powers it etc. There are some good videos on youtube on checking charging system .

Unless it is ancient or a smart-charging system a diagram is hardly needed.
For years only two wires have been fitted to alternators; a thick one traveling to the battery by a direct route and a thin wire coming directly from the earthy side of the ignition or battery light.

There have been few variations. One notable one was AC-Delco machines older machines used an extra wire to sense the voltage supplied to somewhere behind the dash.

The more recent smart charge systems have an extra clump of wires connecting it to an ECU which controls the battery light and stops the unit charging during acceleration to improve economy.

1998 trooper new alternator and still not charging and alternator bench tested good,
Check main 80 amp fuse in engine compartment and also check fuses in inside fuse box, there two in that one. first is engine fuse 15amp and the 10amp gauge fuse,

Here is the wiring diagram for the charging system as you asked for , also check connections, follow battery wire off the back of alternator make sure connections are good , that wire runs to engine fuse box and that is one fuse that i said to check it is 80amp, hope this is helpful good day

You do not need the whole wiring diagram mate. Just sort out the charging system for now and worry about the diagram later.

knowing the color codes can be a great help..usually in 12v reg system,from the regulator there are 6 white wire having a stripe codes,blue means neutral,green means field,black means ground to body,white means hot wired to +12v,yellow means to bat charging indicator going to instrument panel and finally red means to ignition....and always secure the regulators case to ground.

My tbird has a 3.8 v6 engine and is not turbo charged and is fuel injected. Still haven't found the problem for its getting to much fuel.
