How can i disable astroflex remote starter on my 2006 Crown Victoria police interceptor because it won't let me start the car

i think it is the heater control valve i think it is mounted on the firewall by the top close to the hood it will have two black 5/8 hoses attached to it check and make sure it still has the cable attached to it before you replace

To replace a heater control valve:

• Refer to your vehicle's service manual to locate the valve.
• Drain or lower the fluid level in the cooling system.
• Unclamp, unbolt and unplug the valve.
• Reverse procedures to complete installation.
